More than 3 hours of group counseling took part in the Micro-Business and Self-Employment Support Center. And all this time, participants learned Excel tools to effectively manage their client base to best take into account all their wishes, needs and expectations. After all, a satisfied client is a guarantee of business success!

How to work with clients so that they not only become regular partners of your business, but also recommend to friends The coaches of the project, Galyna Tselovalnychenko and Olga Shulik, shared the secrets of productive communication with clients, partners, suppliers and even competitors.
As a result, grant project "Learning to work for ourselves, build our own businesses, become self-sufficient!" (implements by Dnipropetrovsk NGO Women's Information and Coordination Center with the support of the US Embassy's Democracy Fund in Ukraine) it is recommended to support 3 application.
The objective of the competition is to identify and support potentially successful ideas to create a business that will promote self-employment of persons affected by the conflict, internally displaced persons (IDPs), demobilized soldiers (ATO members) and their families.
Official registration and business conduct in accordance with Ukrainian legislation are mandatory for obtaining targeted international technical assistance.
If, after the winner of the competition, the selected applicant fails to comply with this condition, the advantage will be given to the applicant, following the rating.
