The mission of the Women’s Information-Coordination Center is to assist in the raising the role of woman in Ukrainian society through the advocacy of the rights of women and children, providing support to those who are in crisis situations, facilitating the development of economic opportunities for women and their public activity.

The Women’s Information-Coordination Center was established in 1996 in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine as non-profit, non-governmental organization. We assist in the development of women’s social and business activities. The center has organized discussions, seminars, trainings, and round-tables, which are devoted to problems of human rights, women’s leadership, prevention of violence toward women, and women’s adaptation in new economic conditions. Since inception, the Women’s Information-Coordination Center has realized more than 40 projects directed toward providing social services for citizens, defending their rights, and small and mid-size business development.
On January 10, 2005 Women’s Information-Coordination Center joined the Declaration of Ethics in the Activity of Ukrainian Civil Society Organizations.
